Shadrick is a proud alumni of Texas State University where he played college football and received both his undergraduate and graduate degree in Physical Education. During that time, Shad also became the top intern at Michael Johnson Sport’s Performance Clinic training athletes from around the world from children to elite professionals and olympians. After graduate studies and then, Shad served as the Every Nation Campus Ministry Director for 6 years at The Springs Church In San Marcos, Texas which is where he also came to know Jesus while in college. During that time, Shad also served as Texas State Football Team Chaplain. He later moved to Austin,TX where he served as the both Campus Pastor and Church Planting Intern at Mosaic Church Austin for 3 years. Shad is actively involved in both business and educational advancement. Shad has a great love for sports, health, a good meal, and lots of laughs as well. Shad is most proud of holding the title of husband to his wife Caresse of 2 years and currently serves as the Lead and Founding Pastor to Family Life Austin.
